L2S2 Named Supplier on Crown Commercial Service framework
L2S2 Ltd. a leading digital health solutions company based in Cambridge, UK. today announces that Reassure, its Remote Patient Monitoring Platform has been listed on Spark (RM6094), a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) provided by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) on behalf of NHS Digital.
Our Remote Patient Monitoring Platform – Reassure, gives patients and doctors peace of mind. It enables patients to either self-monitor or be monitored for a range of conditions in a range of care settings, such as at home or in a care home. Clinicians are alerted if measurements indicate the patient may be deteriorating. This can minimise intervention needed and avoid unscheduled emergency admission. One application is monitoring pregnant mothers who are at risk from pre-eclampsia.
Reassure is able to monitor a whole host of vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature and urine protein levels to name just a few.
